CF - Storm Mode

So... every once in a while you hear about a project that really excites you, this is definitely one of those projects. Jersey City native CF has teamed up with Creative Juices Music to release this monstrous hulk of a mixtape.. "Storm Mode."  I've known CF for years now and the guy is constantly evolving and always seeking to master the art of rhyming.  Then you have IDE... also a friend who through time I've learned is truly in love with the art of hip-hop.  Take two dedicated and seasoned genius's... put em in a room, and you start to get some serious results.  From the minute I pressed play on this cd I was instantly brought back to a time when people actually had something of substance to say and people where seeking to release a motherfuckin gem.  On the production tip you have IDE, Frank Sasoon, Dj Static, Niroshima and Scram Jones which makes this project very friendly and open to all listeners.  Basically I'm stamping this project as  all around dope!  Peace and Respect to the homies IDE and CF... great work gentlemen!

Video | INFINITO 2017 "Slap These Boys"

Shout out to the homie Inifinto 2017! "Slap These Boys" is the theme song to what we all feel at some point or another. Stop being wack and bring some originality! I love Infinito's layed back and relaxed style even in a situation where he's talking about slapping people. His ability to just be himself is what I support most about this man. Look him up, buy his music and support the brother... Peace INFINITO 2017!!!

MR. MUSTART

MR. MUSTART is a New Jersey based artist. I personally think he is what you would call a natural talent, but more like an extreme version of that. He is a good friend and someone who I truly respect as an artist and as an individual in a world full of plastic. He recently came by to help me with a backdrop for an artist profile that I'm doing on King Ra. I wasn't about to let him paint without documenting every moment of it. These are the results. Enjoy! -SERRINGE

KICK ROCKS

These are some kicks that I would definitely rock.  Pumas are my personal favorite because they just wrap around your foot perfectly and they're mad comfortable. Slap some fat laces on them and don't rock them in the rain and you're co-chillin. I stick to the roots of timeless super-buttery freshness all summer long... you should do the same! -SERRINGE

ROC RAIDA!!!

I started watching this video of the Legendary Grandmaster Roc Raida, and right when I was like, damn Roc you're the illest! I saw that sign in the background and said... Exactly!!! -SERRINGE

RON ENGLISH

Shout out to Ron English! This guy is definitely one of my favorites. Ron has a real amazing way of using all types of colorful lighting in his pieces. If your not familiar with his work I highly recommend you google him or go to the following link: http://www.popaganda.com/

What is a B-Girl?

This mini-doc caught my attention because I feel the B-Girl never really got her props. Anybody that knows me knows that I appreciate the hell out of the art of breakdancing. Its complete body control and just about as physical as you can possibly get. In my lifetime I've attempted to rock, but I come to find out that you have to practice and basically apply yourself at 100% to really be able to get down. Now take all of that and apply it to a woman. That shit ain't easy and these ladies deserve to get an ELEMENT-TREE shout out for there dedication to the preservation of a fading art form! Mad props Ladies and peace and respect to B-Girls worldwide!!! -SERRINGE

NOTORIOUS B.I.G. - REST IN PEACE

NOTORIOUS B.I.G. It sucks not having you around... I was a B.I.G. fan. Listening to this interview now as a grown man I realize how young he was and how much he just wanted to live a better life. It's a shame he was murdered and takin away from Hip-Hop and all who loved him. To those responsible... I feel sorry for you.

Rest In Peace Biggie. -SERRINGE
